(Originally uploaded on April 11, 2019) The Best of Enemies documents the historic rivalry between an African-American civil rights advocate and the local President of the Ku Klux Klan in 1970s Durham, North Carolina. Through a lengthy debate and voting process, they work to resolve an educational crisis and, some hope, toward long-overdue school integration.
