b'Steve Addabbo is best known as a Grammy winning producer, musician, writer, recording engineer and owner of Shelter Island Sound Recording studio in NYC.\\n\\nSteve\\u2019s production and engineering work on Suzanne Vega\\u2019s first two albums set a new standard for the singer songwriter genre and helped pave the way for artists like Shawn Colvin, Tracy Chapman, and many others. Suzanne\\u2019s second album, Solitude Standing, with the worldwide hits Luka\\xa0and Tom\\u2019s Diner\\xa0went multiplatinum. Steve also co-produced Shawn Colvin\\u2019s Grammy Award winning debut album, Steady On.\\n\\nRecent projects include mixing Bob Dylan\\u2019s 2017 Grammy winning Bootleg XII, The Cutting Edge, Bootleg X, Another Self Portrait, and last year\\u2019s Bootleg XIII Trouble No More\\u201d from Dylan\\u2019s Gospel period. Steve recorded Jeff Buckley\\u2019s recent posthumous release in 1993. Richard Barone\\u2019s newly released Sorrows and Promises\\xa0and Steve\\u2019s own debut album, Out of Nothing\\xa0were both recently released.
