Barracuda VPN Issues, In Real Time
A user had left their VPN connection at their house open while trying to VPN and remote in from their laptop at a different location. This one is about 40 minutes long as I run through several different things to try to fix it and call tech support for their advice. Eventually we just block the first IP address so that the new IP address can't connect even though the last one was left open.
