The story was conceptualised and written by Kongara, along with Shalini Ushadevi, Aalif Surti, Ganesha and Vijay Kumar, the latter penning the dialogues. The film stars Suriya, Paresh Rawal, and #AparnaBalamurali (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=%23AparnaBalamurali) with Urvashi, Mohan Babu, and Karunas amongst others in supporting roles.The film was partly inspired by events from the life of Simplify Deccan founder G. R. Gopinath. The film features music composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar, while cinematography and editing were handled by Niketh Bommireddy and Sathish Suriya respectively.
