Ive Gone Natural!

Throughout my weightloss and fitness transformation I\u2019ve tried different combinations of foods. I\u2019ve shifted my macronutrients around. But for a month, I\u2019m eating nothing but natural foods. I\u2019m not trying to lose weight.. I just want to personally experience the effect of this style of eating, So, processed and packaged foods are out. And, fast foods are out. Let\u2019s see! Will I gain weight, lose weight, feel better?
