On Episode 17, I spoke with Casey Lyons, the Co-Founder and CEO of the Australian mental health charity \'LIVIN\'. Casey shares his story on why LIVIN was formed, how the team are working to change the way we view and interpret mental health and mental illness, kickstarting conversations through their LIVIN apparel.  Casey also shares some really important practical information about the importance of self-care, what are some of the signs that someone may not be doing ok, how to have these conversations and what happens if the response is that they\\u2019re not doing ok.

Casey is sharing his story and experiences, in an effort to help others that may share a similar story, as well as to promote the message "It Aint Weak To Speak", to remove the stigma surrounding mental illness (both internal that we place upon ourselves, but also external that others associate with it), and provide further education towards suicide prevention.
