On Episode 11, I sat down with special guest, Player2HQ co-founder and mental health advocate, Cat B to talk about \\u2018Borderline Personality Disorder\\u2019 (BPD).

Through Cat\\u2019s own journey living with BPD, we talk about:

Cat also speaks openly about her own experiences living with mental illness, sharing her own story, the challenges she has faced, her history with treatments and recovery, how she continues to learn to manage her own mental health.

Cat is sharing her story and experiences, in an effort to help others that may share a similar story, that may also be diagnosed with having BPD, as well as to help better educate non-suffers, to remove the stigma and common misconceptions surrounding this mental illness.
