- Brad opens up about his experiences suffering from Suicidal Ideation, including how a combination of life events in a short period of time took a toll on his own mental health

- how a friend had pointed out to Brad that he should seek help, and how that conversation resulted in Brad speaking with his doctor, getting on the Mental Health Care Plan, and started receiving professional help from a recommended therapist 

\\n

- how Brad has been learning to manage his own mental health, where he finds strength through the bad days, and the importance of implementing self-care  

\\n

- I also get Brad's insight and perspective on mental health within his exposure to the Twitch community. With streams and content creators.
