Hey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Punky Power: An Unofficial Punky Brewster Podcast. Today, I decided to revisit one of my favorite childhood movies, Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey released in 1993. I was 10 going on 11 when I first saw this movie in the theater and I absolutely fell in love with it. Movie Synopsis: A fun-loving American bulldog pup, a hilarious Himalayan cat, and a wise old golden retriever embark on a long trek through the rugged wilderness of the Sierra Nevada mountains in a quest to reach home and their beloved owners. I decided to kick off the Dog Days Of Summer Series early, with this movie and plan to cover the sequel Homeward Bound 2: Lost In San Francisco in May, I'm just gonna say, I was bawling my eyes out just like all the other times I've watched this movie. So be prepared and have Kleenex on hand. This movie is available on Disney Plus to watch after you listen to my review as well as it's sequel movie.
