We are taking a short break from our student series to drop this fire episode with Lindsay Scott. Lindsay is physiotherapist and running coach out of Toronto, Ontario. She loves all thing endurance sports and integrating performance/Strength training into her rehab approach. Outside of helping athletes get back to running, Lindsay is passionate about educating other clinicians and coaches on running. She has does this through her mastermind group and The Runners Academy EDU which she co-founded.

On this episode we dive into some of the common topics we all hear when working with runners. Things such as, is heel striking bad for me? What should my cadence be? What shoes should I wear? Lindsay takes a very holistic approach and I think you will find her answers very insightful. Outside of this we also talk about the importance of load management and how it relates to running related injuries. We had a blast doing this episode. Lindsay is full of energy and passion. We know you will enjoy this one.
