58: Nikole Stanfield: Recognising and Escaping from Burnout

In this episode, we're joined by Intuition Coach Nikole Stanfield from Intuition Coaching. Sometimes it can be really hard to tell if the things we are doing in our lives are actually toxic to our health, especially mental health. This was something Nikole really struggled with as an entrepreneur and she knows it led her to burnout in 2018.

Part of Nikole's recovery included creating a healthy work-life balance as an entrepreneur to live the lifestyle that she wanted.

As a Coach, now Nikole helps successful online entrepreneurs who feel unfulfilled and struggle to get out of bed in the morning to create a work-life balance that they love so they can actually enjoy time with their families, reconnect with their passion, and take a vacation without feeling guilty.

Nikole joins us in this episode to discuss burnout - what is it? How can we recognise the signs in ourselves? And how can we avoid it? We discuss the importance of boundaries for our self-care, taking time for yourself and the 3 signs of burnout.
