55: Luana Ribeira: Stop Self-Sabotaging and Find Your Own Path to Fulillment and Success

In this episode of the podcast, we’re joined by Luana Ribeira, bestselling author, speaker and orchestrator of daring publicity campaigns. Luana helps coaches and entrepreneurs to connect with a larger audience. With appearances on FOX TV, ITV, BBC and Channel 4, Luana is as comfortable in front of the camera as she is in a one-to-one situation. After becoming one of Forbes’ Top 21 Emerging Females to Watch in 2018, she developed relationships with many media outlets, including NBC, ABC, the Miami Herald and the Huffington Post.

Luana’s latest book, Game of Phones, is the first in a 3 part series set for release in 2020. The first book of the trilogy is a light-hearted yet practical guide to aligning yourself with the leadership mind-set, in order to create your very own online kingdom. Luana is an international speaker, who mixes inspirational wisdom and advice with contemporary culture and a healthy dose of humour. She’s warm, funny and uplifting, whatever the topic.

Luana shares her story from marriage breakdown to living in a ditch in Portugal for 3 months to learning to overcome self-sabotage. She has a wealth of knowledge and experiences to share with us on the show. Luana shares how she avoided her pain through partying or working and the importance of accepting personal responsibility to stop the self-sabotaging to move towards a fulfilled life.
