114. Rachel Moore: On EMDR, Embracing Your Inner Child and Exploring Your Creativity

In this episode, we're joined by Rachel Moore, LMFT. Rachel is a psychotherapist based in San Diego, California. She is trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and supports California's creative community — writers, artists, and musicians. Before becoming a therapist, Rachel earned her bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and worked as a newspaper copy editor for 14 years. In her free time, she enjoys singing, playing the piano (when she can find one), and impromptu living room dance parties.
