In Search of a Dose-Response Relationship in SSRIs

A meta-analysis of antidepressant doses and responses finds no evidence of improved outcomes with higher doses, just more side effects. However, this conclusion is based on fixed-dose comparison studies, which do not mirror the way we practice.
