She held a national position at the Department of Veterans Affairs and was on faculty at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a board-certified Clinical Psychologist who sees patients in her private practice, consults with healthcare tech startups, and delivers trainings and workshops on communication, motivation, health, and well-being at work and in life.
