Reflecting on Gratitude, Awareness and Joy.

Do you take the time to reflect on where you have been in your life?  The lessons, the celebrations, and the changes.   We get the choice to reflect back to celebrate where we are, or to reflect back with regret.  Regret means we have not yet made peace with our past.  Yet everything that has happened has had a part in creating who you are today and how you live in your world.  It can be like puzzle pieces that only fit together and make sense when you can look back and see the patterns.   We are on this journey to understand ourselves.  It is an ongoing process and we do change.   Bonus!
