Experimenting with Eggs

I’ve been sensitive to eggs for years…

Today I share my experiment with reintroducing eggs into my diet. I discover that the egg whites work for me, and the egg yolks definitely do not. Food sensitivities are a big problem for almost everybody, and today’s episode will shed light on how to start reintroducing some foods (like eggs) and what signs to look out for.
