Carnivore Myth Busters

Published: May 26, 2021, 2:01 p.m.

You’ve heard that you have to eat fiber in order to poop. But is that actually true?

In this episode I bust 6 different carnivore myths that often hold people back from starting or trying a carnivore diet. I address the controversy of organ meats, the expense of eating carnivore, pooping, loosing periods, needing variety in food, and struggling with starting out underweight.

The real magic in busting myths is YOU. It’s all about your experience and listening to your own body. I share my perspective on all these myths, but once you try carnivore for a period of time (at least a month, but please try it longer!) you will be able to work through a lot of these common questions and discover the truth for your body.
