Keith Allen is Senior Lecturer at the University of York. He has been at York since 2007, and before that was Jacobsen Research Fellow at the Institute of Philosophy (2005-7). His areas of research include colour, perception, and the history of philosophy, particularly early modern philosophy and phenomenology. He is the author of A Na\xefve Realist Theory of Colour (Oxford University Press, 2016) and Deputy Director of the University of York\u2019s Humanities Research Centre.
