Carrot Ginger Dressing with ACV
Blend all ingredients in the blender and use as needed for salad dressing

  • 1" piece of raw ginger (peeled)

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • \\n
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • \\n
  • the white part (bottom) of a green onion

  • Sprinkle of salt
  • \\n

I also love to add 1-2 tbsp ACV to 20 oz of water with the juice from 1/2 a lemon
