What causes us to come up with an excuse? Often times we hear more about what we can't do rather than the things that we can
do in Christ. The mind remains to be a battlefield and that's why the scripture reminds us to continually renew our minds.
The fact of the matter is that we don't want to be mere hearers of the word but doers of the word. God has already given us
all that we need when it comes to life and Godliness.

So how do we actively walk out what we know? The first step is to simply acknowledge something isn't right. It's amazing how
much changes in our lives once we admit that we aren't doing so well in a certain area. Stand up, admit the truth and ask God for
the help. We are more than conquerors in Christ who loves us.
