This session, moderated by Brian Joiner, Co-Founder, Sustain Dane, and featuring as panelists Jeff Steenis, Facilities Supervisor, Group Health Cooperative; Bob Brandherm, Facilities Director, Epic; Sarah Carroll, Learning Department, Epic; and Carolann Puster, Sustainability Consultant, Great Big Pictures, asks local businesses to consider what they purchase, the waste produced, where it is located, and the supply chain it of which partakes, because all these have economic, environmental, and employee impacts.
