Milk supply can be a stressful topic and low supply is the most common reason that moms stop breastfeeding, or don’t feel like they can breastfeed. Lactogenic foods or galactagogues are substances that are thought to increase your milk supply. Things like lactation cookies or smoothies usually incorporate several of these ingredients.
