The teachings of Taoism are laid out in the Tao Te Ching, an ancient philosophical text, written by Lao Tzu. Some of the major principles of Taoism include naturalness (tzu-jan), and non-action (wu-wei). Naturalness regards understanding one\u2019s individual and unique essence in their most organic state, and non-action regards creating space. Naturalness is achieved through non-action. Katrina shares her experience learning about Taoism and explains practical uses of its teachings to apply to everyday life.\xa0
