Welcome, today\'s episode is interviewing Raliat Abe.

Raliat Abe has over Ten years of experience in various industries like technology, travels, makeup, and beauty, etc spanning retail, product development, customer relations, beauty services training, inventory management, and staff management. She also has core experience managing the technical and leadership capacities of team members within organizations.

Raliat Abe was the Retail Operations Manager of House of Tara International responsible for overseeing the revenue, people, and operational activities in twenty-two branches within the country, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer service standards in the company\\u2019s retail outlets.

Raliat\\u2019s career has constantly progressed over a decade having started as an Intern and risen through the ranks in different roles including Branch coordinator, Regional manager, Retail management as an employee. Now Mentoring and coaching women in business, Consulting for organizations, and employee training.

With a BA in French Language from the University of Jos. An alumnus of The Enterprise Development Centre of Pan African University with a certificate in Entrepreneurship Management.

She has attended trainings and earned professional certificates both nationally and internationally including a Certificate in Advanced Make up by BTP 2015 in Las Vegas, USA, and a Certificate in Inspiring Leadership through emotional intelligence from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio.

Raliat also has various awards and recognitions to her portfolio as she is the recipient and Winner, TAMS Nigeria Employee of the Year Award (NEYA) 2019 as well as a recipient of the company\\u2019s Exceptional Leadership Award in 2017.

Raliat recently authored the book \\u2018Work Smart &Stand out\\u201d which captures over ten years of her work experience as an employee. The book birthed a new expression of training to help employees align with the goals of their organization.

She was also recently nominated amongst the TOP 100 Career Women in Nigeria by 9to5chick 2021.

Raliat Abe runs a virtual female-led book club as well as runs a self-discovery Podcast for women titled \\u201cDiscover and express your best self\\u201d. She loves sharing on passion, purpose, and business.
