The development of our spirit man is highly critical to entering the realm of knowledge and interaction with the things of the Spirit. Many times we assume because we have certain information of God's word, or because we’ve grown in a religious traditional community that has taught us certain concept to pray, or may even be in the place of studying the Bible, we are familiar with the way and nature of the Spirit. This is a great lie many have accepted because the things they often claim to know do not agree with the sound, the biblical traditional definition of spirituality. 

 The things of the Spirit of God do not get to be understood by just our awareness of information or religious ceremony. Spirit realities begin on the right foundation of biblical exposure to the revelation of Christ. Experiencing Christ requires that we are taught by a highly sound spiritual representative of the ways of God. Secondly, being exposed to the ministry of praying the word and will of God allow our spirit to open to the environment of spiritual realities. 

 

 Our spirit needs to learn how to interact with the Father just as the first man did in the Garden of Eden. Adam learned the ways of the Father through His relationship with the Father. The cool of the day experience allows Adam to further develop his spiritual identity and competence.

 

When our spirits learn to take in the values of the kingdom of God by imbibing the principles of truth in practice, we become increasingly familiar with spiritual methodologies and lifestyles.

JUDE 1:20-21

20 But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, 21 keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.
