THE QUALITY OF THE NEXT LEADERSHIP PARADIGM

There’s no doubt, the nature of the season we’ve been ushered in demands a different quality of prophetic sighted, leadership that will not be fixative on just the evidence on the ground but on the majesty of God’s dominion and presence in them. It is clear that the world today is faced with some of the greatest and devastating challenges of all times.

However, if we stand in the faith of the Lord’s divine promise, indeed, we will see the salvation of God.  As the continue to highlight in judgment the weak, carnal leadership of Saul, we have to readjust our stand and believe-system to match what the Spirit is demanding so we don’t suffer the same fate of Saul.

The Lord is requiring a new type of quality of men that will now lead his people to the place of his promised destiny. The weak leadership of King Saul has proven that people will not remain loyal to leadership that lacks faith, integrity, and wisdom, particularly in critical times. This word of exaltation and prayer time will encourage you to reexamine yourself and how you connect to the Lord’s demand in this season.

I SAMUEL 13:5-7

5 Now the Philistines assembled to fight with Israel, 30000 chariots and 6,000 horsemen, and people like the sand which is on the seashore in abundance; and they came up and camped in Michmash, east of Beth-aven. 6 When the men of Israel saw that they were in a strait (for the people were hard-pressed), then the people hid themselves in caves, in thickets, in cliffs, in cellars, and in pits. 7 Also [some of] the Hebrews crossed the Jordan into the land of Gad and Gilead. But as for Saul, he [was] still in Gilgal, and all the people followed him trembling.
