There are various dynamics that kicks in the moment a season shifts over a nation. The ushering in of a new spiritual landscape disrupts the old, secured, accepted norms. Being able to understand the reality of the change in season, and the capacity to articulate such a moment to the people, particularly, the core leader, team members, or ministers within the context of a nation are highly critical. Seasons defines the quality of character and value we present to meet the opportunity or challenges before. If we lack the awareness of the moments we've been brought into, we risk losing the driving force required to annex and maximize all that is needed to move to our next destination. The very first thing you want secure within the dawn of shift in the season to adjust your sight, and your dynamics of operation. In a shifting season, or within the context of a new day, not everyone, including those you may expect to know will truly understand what as taking place and therefore readjust to the required position of effective engagement. Being able to articulate what is happening in the Spirit a manner that will allow you to maintain your focus, energy, and direction toward the new that has come, or still in focus is a powerful position of wisdom and maturity that must be developed in time before such arrives. The spiritual and mental quality, capacity of intervention required, both from the captain piloting the ship that is taking the people to new heights divine destiny, and members of his work crew must be in synch with the bigger, visionary mandate of their destination.
