It’s not a secret that many of the prayers we pray today are done outside the parameters of the divine order of God. Our prayers are often in disagreement with the set values, precepts, and standards of biblical order and principle, and this has continued to hinder us from experiencing the joy of an answered prayer life. What makes a prayer is not merely the emotional energy exerted, but the spiritual quality of understanding and agreement to the will and purpose of the Father in the prayer. The place of agreement in prayer or any other areas of life is critical because agreement releases power. Therefore, bringing our emotion and faculties into the place of divine agreement regarding the written, established, WORD of God is an added value that accelerates our prayer intercession. This devotional series on the teaching of soul-food prayer seeks to realign our spirit, soul, and body back to the place of effective prayer of agreement, so we can enjoy an effective, productive journey through life.
