Conflict is part of human life and part of the Church's community, as we see in the first century Antioch Church. Conflict presents us with the opportunity to learn and grow to maturity. Understanding this point, even as we allow the Spirit of wisdom to guide us in handling them, will make us even more proficient and effective stewards of the kingdom of God.   Not knowing how to handle conflict, however, we will continue to lead into the deadly trap of the enemy by weakening the thrust of the Church in its apostolic mandate. This teaching presents us with critical insights and the opportunity to understand the dynamics of conflict and how to resolve them in the Spirit of knowledge, wisdom, and counsel.
