Arielle Burstein, a Senior Associate at the Milken Institute, is focused on research and action to help study and shape a viable solution for our aging population.  The institute, a “nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank determined to increase global prosperity by advancing collaborative solutions that widen access to capital, create jobs and improve health,” heads research and convenes leaders who have the power to make a change.  Arielle and I cover a wide-variety of topics, from the staggering rates at which the aging population is growing, to the dangers of ageism and the potential of a more fully incorporated older generation.
