A) Jennifer H. Woods, Clerk to the Board -Approval- August 17, 2020 Regular Meeting

B) Patricia Galloway, Financial Services Director

1) Approval- Amend FY21 budget for additional CARES Act funding of $39,903 awarded to the Public Health Department to help the LHD continue to provide needed services.

2) Approval- Amend FY21 Fire Marshal budget $300 for donation received to purchase smoke alarms.

3) Approval - Amend Debt Service Fund, Water Fund and Sewer Fund budgets:

a) To recognize the 2020 debt refinancing transactions, including new debt proceeds, payoff of existing debt (including accrued interest and prepayment penalties) and closing costs.

b) To adjust the FY21 bUdget for changes in debt service payments due to the 2020 debt refinancing.

4) Approval- Amend FY21 budget for CIP Tax Revenues of $67,242 that were collected in FY20 in excess of the FY20 budget and are required to be remitted to the Capital Reserve Fund.

5) Approval- Amend FY21 budget for $79,582 in Article 46 Sales Tax received over budget in FY20. Funds are required to be remitted to the Communjty College for Workforce Development initiatives.

6) Approval - Amend FY21 Youth Services Fresh Start Budget to align with approved State budget.

Consider Adoption- Resolution declaring nine (9) ventilators as surplus and reallocate to Caswell County EMS, 208 County Park Rd., Yanceyville

F) Felissa Ferrell. DHHS Director

Approval- Extension on Federal Cares Act Funding for Supplemental Foster Care COVID-19 Payments for August 2020, estimated to be $15,000.
