D) Lance Metzler, County Manager
Approval - Reappointment of Pat Simpson to the Jury Commissioner with term expiring June 30, 2025

Approval -Replacement of the Finance Enterprise/HR and Payroll system in order to modernize processes and offer more features to staff. Current product is no longer on support versions of software and operating system for servers.
