a. Rezoning Request 2023-14: A zoning change has been requested for the property denoted by Tax PIN 7959-04-73-6679, located at 6696 NC Highway 770 \\u2013 Mayo Township. The request is to rezone the parcel from Residential Agricultural (RA) to Light Industrial-Conditional District (LI-CD).

VII. Other Business:

a. New Business:

i. The October 9, 2023 regular meeting of the planning board will be conducted as an organizational meeting featuring guest presenters from the Piedmont Triad Regional Council (PTRC). The proposed start time is 5:30 pm

ii. Matt Cardwell\\u2019s second term as a planning board member expires October 1, 2023. Staff would like to thank him for his service to the county. If he wishes, Mr. Cardwell may be appointed as an alternate planning board member. Dylan Moore will be reappointed as a sitting member of the planning board the same date.
