b) Patricia Galloway, Financial Services Director - Budget Revisions

i) Sheriffs Department - BJA Bullet Proof Vest Grant awarded $3,094. The 50% match requirement of $3,094 plus additional $4,064 in funding will be needed to purchase 10 vests and associated equipment will be met through appropriating Federal Forfeiture Funds held in reserve fund balance. Total budget revision $10,252

ii) Self Insurance Fund - Insurance Proceeds of $17,226 plus available Library Capital Outlay Appropriation of Shared Savings Dollars of $480.00 will be used to Cover Vehicle Replacement Cost.

f) Jason Byrd, Director, Soil & Water - Proposed Changes to Voluntary Farmland Preservation Ordinance

g) Reappointment - Piedmont Triad Regional Development Corporation
