A. Pat Galloway, Finance Director

1. Approval - Increase Public Health budget $8.000 for the Wolfe Mini Grant that has been awarded to the department. The grant will be used to launch a Cribs for Kids safe sleep education program in order to reduce the County\'s infant mortality rate by preventing sleep-related deaths.

2. Approval - Increase Public Health budget $58,226 for Region 5 ARPA Public Health Workforce Development grant funds awarded to the department from Guilford County. Funds will be used to offer training and professional development to staff members.

3. Approval - Appropriate $254,201 of FY 22-23 Article 46 sales tax received in FY 24 (July 23, August 23, September 23 distributions) that will be remitted to Rockingham Community College in FY 23-24.

4. Approval - Increase Emergency Management budget $10,000 for the FY 2022 Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness grant award.

5. Approval - Increase Technology Services (ITS) bUdget $40,000 for the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) grant award. The grant will assist in the cost of developing and maintaining a comprehensive Cybersecurity preparedness posture program that meet the SLCGP objectives as identified in the Department of Homeland Security Notice of Funding Opportunity.

B. Todd Hurst, Tax Administrator
Approval - Tax Collection and Reconciliation Reports for January including refunds for September 19, 2023 thru September 30, 2023.

C. Trey Wright, Health Director

1. Approval - Addition of new vaccines to the fee schedule:

\\u2022 RSV, Immune Globulin; 0.5 ml dosage (birth to 24 months) - $550.00

\\u2022 RSV, Immune Globulin; 1 ml dosage (birt34h to 24 months) - $550.00

\\u2022 Admin COVID - $45.00

\\u2022 Modema COVID-19 Vaccine (6 month to 11 yrs) - $155.00

\\u2022 Modema COVID-19 Vaccine (12 yrs old and up) - $155.00

2. Approval - Revised Public Health Fee, Eligibility Requirements and Billing policy.

D. Derek Southern, Assistant County Manager
Approval - Appropriation of Fund Balance for FY 2022/2023 earned departmental shared savings, pursuant to the approved Performance Measurement Program Policy.

1. Approval - Appointments of Diane P. Parnell and Maxine Dale Rosenburg Warren to the Library Board of Trustees for a three-year term from October 16, 2023 until October 15, 2026.
