b) Patricia P. Galloway, Financial Services Director - Budget Revision

Sheriff's Department - Increase Sheriff's Dept. budget $8,560 to appropriate Federal Forfeiture Reserves to purchase three (3) gun vaults, six (6) ballistic helmets & three (3) entry shields to be issued to the SRO's assigned to Rockingham High, McMichael High & Rockingham Middle Schools.

c) Ricky Graves, Director, Head Start - Consider approval of August 2018 Head Start Monthly Report.

d) Mark McClintock - Consider approval of August 2018 Tax Collection & Reconciliation Report.

e) Rodney Stewart - Consider approval of August 2018 EMS Financial Statement and approve accounts uncollected be written off.

i) Consider approval to remove "Health and Human Services - Public Health" fees from the County Master Fee Schedule, with inclusion of these fees as an appendix to the schedule.

ii) Consider approval to remove Lab Fees from the County Master Fee Schedule. These fees are set, and in most cases directly billed to the patient, by the County's contracted third party lab provider.

g) Ronnie Tate, Director of Engineering & Public Utilities - Consider approval of amendment for NTE Utilities Agreement. Details are included on the Request for Board Action cover sheet.
