A) Pat Galloway, Director, Financial Services – Increase Fire Districts Special Revenue Fund budget $20,360 for fire district taxes that are projected to be collected over current year budget. Funds collected are to be remitted to the various Fire Districts at fiscal yearend.

B) Andrea Barker, Interim Director, Head Start – Approval of Head Start’s March 2019 Monthly Report

C) Mark McClintock, Tax Administrator – Approval of Refunds for Estate of Ann Eaton Clark, Eugene Lucas, Ryan Way, Randall Kendrick

D) Rodney Stewart, EMS Operations Supervisor – Approval of Accounting Reports for March 2019

E) Rodney Cates, Emergency Services Director – Approval of Letter of Agreement between Rockingham County EMS and the City of Eden to contract for the provision of and reimbursement for emergency services medical services to City of Eden members, identified as such by health insurance cards held by such members.

F) John Morris, County Attorney – Request renewal of lease agreement for North Carolina Department of Public Safety, allowing Probation & Parole staff’s use of office space located at 170 NC 65, Reidsville, NC.

7. LANCE METZLER, COUNTY MANAGER

A) Appoint one (1) member to the Litter Prevention Advisory Committee out of three (3) applicants.

B) Increase Animal Shelter budget $7,054 due to revenues that have been collected over budget this fiscal year. Funds will be used for a new HVAC System for the Cat/Dog Intake Area to keep humidity in compliance and to increase temporary salaries to help with increased animal intake.

C) Waive Landfill Fees for Mission Serve of Rockingham County during week of July 6-13, 2019

A. Approve Interlocal Agreement For Inspection Services requested by Caswell County
