2) Approval of Refund to Candace Huffman in the amount of $153 due to situs error.

D) Leigh Cockram, Economic Development Director – Approval of Revised Performance Agreement for Sans Technical Fibers previously approved at the January 22nd meeting.

E) North Carolina Department of Transportation – Consider Approval of Proclamation designating April 13-27, 2019 as Rockingham County Spring Litter Sweep.

Consider Approval of Proclamation designating March 2019 as Social Work Month in Rockingham County.

9. LANCE METZLER, COUNTY MANAGER

A) Appoint One (1) Member to the Jury Commission out of Four (4) applicants; such term to expire June 30, 2021.

B) Appoint One (1) Member to the Rockingham Community College Board of Trustees out of Three (3) Applicants; such term to expire June 30, 2023.

C) Appoint remaining vacancy for the Airport Advisory Board; such term to expire June 30, 2022. This item was tabled at the March 4, 2019 Commissioners Meeting.

D) Approval of Resolution Supporting a Zero Tolerance for Litter in Rockingham County.

E) Approval of By-Laws for the Litter Prevention Advisory Committee.

10. RODNEY CATES, DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
Consider Approval to appropriate $63,903 from General Fund Balance to Insurance Fund to replace a total loss ambulance involved in a collision on November 18, 2018.
