1. Approval- Approval- Increase Sheriff Department budget $24,000 for 2020 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant awarded for the purchase of 5 portable radios. No matching funds required.

2. Approval- Approval- Appropriate the $15,000 donation received by the Sheriffs Department in June 2021 that was designated by the donor to be used toward the purchase of a new K9 and equipment.

Approval- Reappointment to the Town of Madison's Planning Board as an out-of town member; term to expire July 19, 2023: Charlie Lederer

I) Paul Murray, Assistant County Manager
Consider approval of the below Youth Services fees that were unintentionally left off the recommended fee changes in the FY 2021-22 budget. If approved these would be retroactive to July 1, 2021.

·Family Therapy - $75

·EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) - $135

·Individual Counseling (30 minutes) - $50

•Update the approved "Counseling Session" fee to read "Individual Counseling (60 minutes)" - the approved amount $ 100 will remain the same

Consider Adoption of the comprehensively revised Rockingham County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)

Consideration of a potential mountain bike trail along the back of a property that the City of Eden partnered with Rockingham County to purchase (approximately 204 acres) for a potential industrial site.
