1. Approval - Budget Transfers for the Board of Election Budget

a. Approval- Transfer $10,000 from Regular Salaries to Temporary Salaries to cover payroll of temporary part time employees.

b. Approval - Transfer $1,100 from BOE repair and maintenance line items to Public Buildings repair and maintenance line item to cover part of the $9,850 replacement cost of the BOE HVAC.

c. Transfer $6,011 from precinct supplies to advertising to cover News & Record and Rockingham Now advertising bills received.

2. Approval-Increase Public Health budget $187,140 for ELC Enhancing Detection grant awarded to prevent, prepare for and respond to COVID-19 by carrying out surveillance, epidemiology, laboratory capacity, infection control, mitigation, communications and other preparedness and response activities.
