Approval of Minutes-December 22,2021 Special Called Meeting and January 10, 2022 Regular Meeting Minutes

B) Pat Galloway, Director of Financial Services
1. Approval- Appropriate $106,550 of available fund balance in the general fund to construct three (3) additional "rock" entry signs in the County per Board action on 12/6/21

2. Approval- Appropriate $93,320 of available fund balance in the general fund for the Belews Lake Park Phase 1 project approved by the Board on 1/10/22

3. Approval- Decrease budget $92,736 to close completed School Capital Project, RCHS Track, and release funding back to the School Capital Reserve Fund (Restricted Sales Tax) for future capital needs

C) Mark McClintock, Tax Administrator
Approval- Tax Refunds thru January 23, 2022

D) Captain Jennifer Brown, Sheriff's Office
Approval- Sgt. Richard Johnson retired for the Rockingham County Sheriffs Office effective January 1, 2022 with over 20 years of service in law enforcement. He is requesting to purchase his duty weapon for $1

E) Rodney Stewart, RCEMA Operations Supervisor
Approval- EMS Financial Statement for December 2021

F) Tara Muchini, Youth Services Director
Approval- Appointment of Robin Byerly, System of Care Coordinator for Sandhills Center, to the Rockingham County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council: term to expire June 30, 2022. This appointment is fulfilling the term of the MCO representative by the former representative from Cardinal Innovations

G) Trey Wright, Public Health Director

1. Rockingham County Child Fatality Prevention Team reappointment of Tara Muchini as the representative for Youth Services and appointment of Melissa McClary as the representative for Help, Inc. Terms to expire August 31,2023

2. Approval- Revised fee for the Titer-Rubeola (Measles) - Flat Rate (OS Program) at $75.00. Previous fee was $70 This is due to an increase at our outside lab

H) John Morris, County Attorney

1. Consider adoption of Interlocal Agreement for Accounting Services between Rockingham County Airport Authority and Rockingham County

2. Consider reconveyance of Science Building Parcel to Rockingham Community College being consistent with the financing arrangement established when the Science Building was constructed and is needed to allow a new parcel to be mapped for the Center for Workforce Development project

I) Ronnie Tate, Director of Engineering & Public Utilities
Approval- USDA Lease Amendment #4- $29,467.72 per year; terms January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024
