B) Pat Galloway, Director of Financial Services

1. Approval - Increase Public Health budget $48,954 for additional State funding awarded to prevent, prepare for, and respond to COVID-19 by carrying out surveillance, epidemiology, laboratory capacity, infection control, mitigation, communications and other preparedness and response activities.

2. Approval-Increase Public Health budget $43,573 for additional COVID-19 funding allocated to help support activities associated with COVID-19 mass vaccination.

3. Approval- Increase Public Health budget $350 for additional State funding awarded for patient navigation services from October 1, 2020 to May 31,2021 for NC Breast and Cervical Cancer Program eligible women.

4. Approval- Approve Airport project budget and Capital Project Ordinance in the amount of $29,343 for runway sign replacement, light replacement and segmented circle replacement. NCDOT-Division of Aviation grant has been awarded in the amount of $26,409 and the matching funds of $2,935 are available in the airport project fund

Approval- Sgt. Bobby Richardson is retiring from the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office effective February 1,2021 with over 30 years in law enforcement. He is requesting to purchase his duty weapon for $1.00.

9. RONNIE TATE, DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING & PUBLIC UTILITIES
Consider Approval- Connection of Carlton Road Residential subdivision to the County Water and Sewer System. Project has 162 single family lots. Staff recommendation that the County extend The water main from US 220 to the site for use by the Developer for this project. Staff recommends approval of waste water capacity for project.
