a. Rescheduled Rezoning 2023-18 Carrolland: a zoning map amendment has been requested for the parcel
denoted by Rockingham County Tax PIN 7923-03-43-7423 and 24 others, located on Carlton Road in the New Bethel Township. The request is to rezone the specified parcels from Residential Protected (RP) to Highway Commercial (HC). *At the request of the applicant, reviewed by staff, the board chair and co-chair, this case has been rescheduled to January 8, 2024.

b. Rezoning 2023-21 Ahlgren: a zoning map amendment has been requested for the parcel denoted by Rockingham County Tax PIN 7901-00-67-7923 located at 4689 Ellisboro Rd in the Huntsville Township. The request is to rezone the specified parcels from Neighborhood Commercial (NC) and Residential Agricultural (RA) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC).
