i) Rockingham Community College -Increase budget $1,350,000 for estimated Article 46 Sales Tax to be received in FY 2019.

ii) Draper & Leaksville Fire Districts - Fire District Fund for revenues collected over budget in FY 2018 that are required to be remitted to Fire Districts: Draper $5,300; Leaksville $19,539

iii) Sheriff's Department - Accept $200 donation from the Eden Kiwanis Club for the G.R.EAT Program.

iv) Aging, Disability and Transit Services - Reduce budget $12,859 to match the final grant award for FY 2018-2019.

v) Special Revenue CDBG Fund - Albaad CDBG Reuse Project grant award of $1,100,000. Funds will pass through County to Albaad.

vi) Special Revenue Fund - Southern Finishing - Department of Commerce Rural Economic Building Reuse Grant award of $440,000. Funds will pass through County to Southern Finishing.

f) Ben Curtis, Register of Deeds - Adoption of Resolution authorizing Register of Deeds to temporarily transfer records to an off-site or out-of-county location for reproduction, repair or preservation.

g) Susan Young, Interim Public Health Director - Request approval for revision of procedural lab codes for the agency's medical clinic to be incorporated into current fee schedule.

h) Appointment - Clerk to the Board, Rockingham County Board of Commissioners

a) Approval of Joint Resolution for the Rural Infrastructure Authority Grant matching funds for the former Horse Park Property.

b) Economic Development/Other - Budget Revision - $188,750 Approve County's share of match requirement for the Rural Ready Site Grant awarded by the State to the City of Reidsville (1/2 of the 25% match for this project).
