1. Discussion on the removal of the stay of execution and implementation of the Stay at Home Order for City of Reidsville residents.

a. Order based upon Guilford County model
b. Order based on Staff recommendation

In order to maintain the safety of City residents, staff and the Council, the Special Meeting was livestreamed.
