A) Jennifer Woods, Clerk to the Board
1. Approval of Minutes- April 5, 2021 Regular Meeting

2. Approval- Declare antique cabinet in Commissioners Chambers as surplus to donate to the MARC.

B) Pat Galloway, Director of Financial Services

1. Approval- FY 2020-2021 Contract to Audit Accounts with Elliott Davis, PLLC for a contract amount of $54,560 for the County audit and $2,650 for the Tourism Development Authority.

2. Approval- To appropriate $2 million CDBG Building Reuse Grant awarded to serve Nestle Purina's new manufacturing expansion in Rockingham County. The Board of Commissioner's approved this grant application at their April 5, 2021 meeting.

3. Approval- Increase Public Health budget $728,907 for additional State Funding allocated to prevent, prepare for and respond to COVID-19.

4. Approval- To appropriate $5,000 of Library Memorial Reserved Fund Balance to cover year end memorial expenditures.

5. Approval- To appropriate $13,100 of Health Escrow from fund balance, transfer $10,650 of Public Health COVID-19 funding and transfer $1,091 of other budgeted funds to upgrade laptops and workstations in accordance with the IT replacement plan.

6. Approval- To appropriate insurance proceeds of $131 ,615 and General Fund Contingency of $31,117 to cover the cost of replacing the EMS Unit that was totaled in a non-EMS fault accident on 12/31/2020. Total cost of new ambulance including taxes, tags and radio equipment is $162,732.

7. Approval- Transfer Airport Project # 36237.6.16.12 from the Capital Project Fund (Fund 350) to the new Airport Special Revenue Fund (Fund 290) that was established at the March 15th meeting. The total amount to transfer is $29,343.

Approval- Resolution Authorizing the Rockingham County Register of Deeds to Temporarily Transfer Records to an Off-Site or Out-of-County location for Reproduction, Repair or Preservation.

J) Trey Wright, Health Director

1. Approval- Revisions on fee schedule made in response to the State recommendation advising an increase of COVID-19 vaccination administration fees across the board to $45 due to higher reimbursement.

2. Approval- Rockingham County Child Fatality Prevention Team Annual Report submitted to the Board of County Commissioners in compliance with N.C.G.S. 7B-1406.
