1) Approval of Minutes – March 4, 18, & 19, 2019

2) Approval of Resolution Adopting Revised North Carolina Local Government Record Retention and Disposition Schedule

B) Pat Galloway, Finance Director – Budget Revisions

1) Decrease Youth Services budget $2,949 for Grant Funds being released back to DPS. Due to staff vacancies, these Grant Funds will not be utilized in FY 2019.

2) Increase Fire Districts Special Revenue Fund budget $30,000 for Wentworth Fire District’s request to receive their fund balance for the purchase of a new pumper truck.

C) Andrea Barker, Interim Director, Head Start

1) Approval of Head Start’s February 2019 Monthly Report

2) Approval of changes to Head Start Selection Criteria recommended by Social Services Board for the 2019-2020 School Year. Selection Criteria from School Year 2018-2019 is included for comparison.

D) Mark McClintock, Tax Administrator – Approval of Tax Reports for March 2019

E) Jason Byrd, Soil & Water Conservation – Approval of Notice of Participation of Billy Shough and Beverly Bowen in Voluntary Agricultural District. Agricultural Districts’ Advisory Board approved both applicants on March 11, 2019.

F) Michael P. Roche, Director of Public Libraries – Approval to request Rockingham County Public Library Endowment balance of $17,861.52 due to change in legislature regarding funds. No County funds are requested for this action.

Rezoning request #2019-002, Mr. Harry Rakestraw, Heritage Rd, Eden, from Residential Protected to Residential Agricultural. The acreage is approximately 2.175 acres of a 15.04 acre parcel.

Request for Rockingham County to apply for North Carolina Parks and Recreation Trust Fund Grant to develop recreational facilities at the Belews Lake Park.

Appoint six (6) members to the Rockingham County Public Library Board of Trustees from eight (8) applicants; such terms to expire June 30, 2022.

Approval of Request to amend FY 2018-2019 Budget Ordinance to appropriate $1,000,000 for School Capital Outlay.
