Frank Vernuccio and Larry Allison discuss the current situation where the FEC is trying to regulate the internet on political speech targeting mostly Twitter. The legislation will allow the Federal Government the ability to remove or stop any comment they feel if it's against their political views. The problem is, it's so broad that anyone and everyone could violate and be silenced. That is against the 1st Amendment right given to us in the Bill of Rights.

They also discuss the landslide victories the Republican's enjoyed in the midterm elections gaining greater control in the house, the Senate and even Governors.
