We may think perfectionism is a badge of honor, but let's call it what it is: FEAR in disguise and is the killer of dreams.

Perfectionism keeps us so stuck that we spend months or even years thinking about starting a podcast, and then finally when you do, perfectionism rears it's ugly head again telling you it's not good enough ... record it again, create a better graphic, or promotional copy ... it's just not good enough ... you're not good enough.

They think …

• I need the right equipment before starting
• Still exploring the options
• I’m looking for the right producer/editor
• Waiting until the website is set up 
• Keep re-recording because they don't like their voice, or a small slip up
• Writing and re-writing scripts/bullets because they have to be right first
• It should be a ground-breaking, profound topic 
• Indecision about where to start - which topics come first
• They want to practice, take speaking classes first
• They want to wait until they have more time to go “all-in”
• Don't think they can have a seat at the "big coaches" table
